This Privacy Policy explains how Titan Design Studios ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit titandesignstudios.com (the "Site") or book a consultation through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information when you book a consultation. Nothing else on the Site asks you for personal information, and you can read every page without giving us any.

The booking form collects:

• Your name, email address, and phone number. These are required. We use them to confirm your appointment and reach you about it.
• Your company and website, if you choose to give them. Both are optional.
• What you need help with, the services you select, an optional budget range, and an optional description of your project.
• The appointment time you choose, along with your device's time zone. We use the time zone to show you appointment times on your own clock and to know which time you actually meant.

Information collected automatically

We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technology. We do not build a profile of you, and we do not track you across other sites. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (of the kind every web server keeps) for security and reliability, which we do not use to identify you.

How we use your information

• To confirm, schedule, and hold your consultation appointment.
• To reply to you and discuss a potential or ongoing project.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can manage our own work and follow up properly.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, share it for advertising, or send you marketing email you did not ask for.

Where your information goes

When you book a consultation, your details are stored in our database so that we have a record of your enquiry and so the time you booked is held for you. Two emails are then sent: a notification to us, and a confirmation to you.

Access to that database is limited to Titan Design Studios. It sits behind an authenticated, private area of the Site that is not linked from anywhere and is not indexed by search engines.

Cookies

The Site does not set any cookies for visitors. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only cookie we use is a sign-in cookie for our own private admin area, which is never set on your device unless you are a member of our team signing in. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

Third-party services

These are the only third parties that handle information you send us:

• Vercel, hosts the Site and runs the booking form's server code.
• Neon, provides the database (hosted in the United States) where enquiries are stored.
• Resend, delivers the notification and confirmation emails.

Each processes data on our behalf under its own privacy terms and is expected to maintain appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries for as long as we may reasonably need them, to run the consultation, to follow up, and to keep a record of work we have quoted or carried out. We do not delete them on a fixed schedule. If you would like your information removed, email us and we will delete it, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we'll respond as required by law.

Security

Information is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored with our providers named above. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise, but we collect only what we need, we do not sell it, and we keep access to it narrow.

Children's privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
